Summer is in full swing here in England, or it should be at least! We take it day-by-day here. Today is sunny and very warm, ole! If you’ve been reading the blog over the last couple of months, you would have noticed the theme of getting bikini-body ready, THE SUMMER HOLIDAY COUNTDOWN (dah-dah-dah!). Because whether you will be sashaying down Kings Road, hanging out on Primrose Hill, or whipping out the Brazilian-style bikinis on your annual sangria-drinking holiday with the girls, being ready to flaunt what your mother gave you is all part of the summer fun. And my blog posts have been about helping you (and me!) prep for this, so you don’t end up in a mild panic, desperately trying to squeeze yourself into a teeny cozzie like you’ll be trying to squeeze those extra shoes into your suitcase! Yes, yes, being fit and healthy is a year round lifestyle but we all need that little extra help when it’s ‘Sun’s out, bun’s out’ time.
