How to keep your motivation up? Firstly, you’ve got to really really want to achieve something. So don’t have resolutions that you should have, but ones that you actually want to have! Write a list of 3 reasons WHY you want to achieve your resolution, and read it when you’re having one those days where you can’t remember what possessed you to set these resolutions! Secondly, motivation is like a snowball effect: people who are exceptionally motivated often are more motivated because they’ve achieved something…so if you work towards something and achieve it, you’ve got more motivation for the next goal!
