Tip of the Day: Skipping

All you need is a skipping rope to have a great cardio workout! It burns loads of calories and is a great leg toner. Start off by skipping for 1-2mins, then resting for 30 secs, and trying to build up to 10mins of solid skipping. BUT, you must skip like a boxer!
