Healthy eating and doing exercise is often just about planning and a bit of organisation. Once a week plan your schedule and figure out where you can put in your workouts (treat them like any other appointment). Also do a menu plan for the week and a grocery shop, so you have healthy foods at home to cook, and good snacks to take with you wherever you go. A Sunday or Monday is a good time to do this so you’re prepared for your week ahead and whatever it may throw at you!
