Exercise of the Day: Thigh Burners!

Here is an exercise which is a fantastic thigh-burner. It works the butt and saddle-bags!
Start with a theraband tied tight around your ankles. Standing straight up, take a wide step to the side and keep the resistance in the band. Take 10 steps to one side and 10 steps back on the other side. Repeat 3 times.
