Tip of the Day: Posture and Core

Write the word ‘Posture’ on your left hand or on a post-it note and stick it to your computer. Every time you see it, pull your shoulders back and tighten your core. Bad posture and a weak core causes back ache and back problems, and a Quasimodo-style hump when you’re older! Bad posture is also very unflattering, so boobs out and tummy in ladies!
