Inspirational Woman of the Day: Jessica Biel
Jessica Biel has one of the more muscular celeb bodies in La-La land, due to training for roles in the Blade Trinity and A-Team movies. In fact, she wants to ‘inspire women to appreciate their muscular calves’. As a woman with quite muscular calves myself (my brother calls me ‘The Calves’), I love this!
So, as you can imagine she does a lot of exercise and includes HIIT in her regime (High Intensity Interval Training) – she jogs 1/2 mile, then does 6 sets of sprints ( 2 x 200m, 2 x 150m, 2 x 100m) with short rests between.
