Since you’ll be reading this blog everyday for 7 days, why not take up the challenge, and do some form of exercise each of these days? It can be anything: walk to work, go for a jog, or a class at the gym, a bike ride, a swim, or just dance around your living room like a lunatic to your favourite tunes (preferably without any witnesses!). And it doesn’t have to be long: 20-30 minutes if that’s all you can spare or feel up to – just as long as you do some form of activity! I know I can spend 20 minutes procrastinating over what to wear, channel surfing through rubbish on telly, sitting on Facebook watching the paint dry…so it’s doable!
So after work, throw on your gear, psyche yourself up and head out there!
